OVERARCHING PASSION OF BEING A TRUE ENTERPRISE

Building sustainable legacy

for future generations

Mohan N Mirpuri

Founding Chairman

A story of resilience, faith, and transformative leadership- his journey began with migration to Indonesia during the upheavals of partition, where he built a future grounded in the teachings of Guru Nanak, overcoming adversity while pursuing short courses in accounting and manufacturing.

In 1976, his life took a pivotal turn when he found inspiration in Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, which instilled in him the purpose to build an enterprise dedicated to serving humanity.

Today, his visionary leadership has created a thriving organization with a turnover of over US$150 million and a workforce of 10,000, while also building homes, healthcare facilities, schools, and places of worship for those in need. His legacy continues to light the way for his son, Haresh, and grandson, Somshekhar.

Haresh M Mirpuri

Managing Director's letter

Namaste.

Since my childhood at the Sri Sathya Sai Institutions, I have come to understand that what we create is a mirror of our inner self. Building and rebuilding Sai Lakshmi Industries has been a journey of spiritual evolution- one that demanded unwavering integrity and a commitment to core values. The choices we make define the very DNA of our company.

Our work is anchored in three foundational SAI values. We practice Service, guided by the Vedic doctrine ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (Treat your guest as God); cultivate Awareness through the belief that ‘Pragnanam Brahma’ (Enlightened Wisdom is God); and embrace Inclusivity, inspired by the principle ‘Ekoham Bahusyam’ (One Becomes Many). From these values, our brands- Aranyani, Sai Smruti, Essensai, and The Barnhouse- have emerged, supported by the Aranyani Trust to uplift economically weaker children.

I look forward to growing together as our country moves forward.

Jai Hind.
